The Great British Public Toilet Map vs. Toilet Rush – Excerpt from OHKF Policy Report
While I am skilled in academic writing, my preferred genre is creative nonfiction. In order to supplement the Our Hong Kong Foundation Aging Society Report’s more academic framework, I compiled case studies that focused on interesting, real world examples of how inclusive design has been successful. Pages 55-56 of the Report highlights the case study I wrote on mobile apps ‘The Great British Public Toilet Map’ and ‘Toilet Rush,’ and the implications of poor urban design of public restrooms on individuals with specific health needs. Entire case study written and proofread by me.
